Welcome to AppsPulse. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
AppsPulse provides a dual-platform application health monitoring service that aggregates data from Google Play and Apple App Store. Our service includes dashboard analytics, Android Vitals monitoring, review management, revenue tracking, and smart alerts.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use AppsPulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the service to collect data beyond what is authorized by your connected platform accounts, or resell or redistribute data obtained through our service.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. The free Indie plan is available indefinitely with stated limitations.
5. Intellectual Property
AppsPulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppsPulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your app data remains yours — we claim no ownership of data accessed through your connected platform accounts.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
AppsPulse is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Data displayed is sourced from third-party platforms and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AppsPulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
